  Dishonest crooks. Do not put your money here. We closed our account after bad service. Horrible service. We removed our money. Months later they sent us to collections claiming we owed them money and back fees. Completely made up. If we had owed them money why would they not update the balance before closing the account? Hundreds in fees. We had to pay them since we were trying to buy a house and needed to clear our report. District manager lied through her teeth, then changed her story to cover her lie. Crooks.

  Pathetic organization that answers to Cleveland OH. In my dealings with them for the last 14 years is that they are far from trustworthy. As recent as last Dec. I went into an agreement with the Hilltop branch that now they will not honor. Simply put, an unethical business.

  I regretted to deal with them.. I applied to open a checking account ..it tooke 2 day to applied ..because they have problem in their computer !! they told me the debit card it will send to you after one week ...i waited 2 weeks and nothing received.. so i went to them for asking what's the problem .. their speech is so bad ..and feels racist.. i closed the account after i paied 25 Dollar as fee of closing !? It was a waisting time and money ..
