  We have 2 vehicles, our house and my business insurance with Paul. His office has been awesome. I was in a car accident, which totaled my car, and Paul and Teri stepped up to the plate to help me. I highly recommend Paul and his office staff for any insurance needs you may have.

  Paul got into insurance for the right reasons. He was in a car accident and felt lost in the process of dealing with insurance companies through call centers and over the internet. He took this frustration and decided he could do better as an agent himself. Paul and his agency are the first place you should call for insurance needs, and here's why: I previously worked in the insurance industry for an agent with another major company and understand the business and what's really important when working with clients. Nowadays, more and more insurance agents are disappearing from their offices and transactions are happening online and through call centers, which is frustrating when you need questions answered and have specific and unique situations. Paul is actively engaged in his agency and has trained his staff to be top notch in customer service and working with his clients on any problem or challenge they might have. Give Paul a call and he will sit down with you and walk you through what insurance you actually need versus what a company will try to sell you, and in doing so he will save you a ton of money. Paul does personal and business insurance and everyone I know has had a great experience with him. Better call Paul!

  I have been working with the Haulbrook Insurance Agency for several years now for my personal and business insurance. Paul and his staff have always been pleasant, capable and provide superior customer service. Farmers may not always have the cheapest rates, but that is now what I am looking for in an insurance company. I want a company that will be there to answer my questions, review my insurance periodically (which they do every year) and to be there for support when I have a claim. They have met or exceeded all of these expectations....every time. I highly recommend them!!

  Business Insurance... You never know what you need until you talk to a good agent. Paul was so helpful and knowledge able when it came to getting new Business Insurance when we moved into our first commercial office space. He went the extra mile to make sure we had the right coverage and at a very good price. Thank you for being part of our team.
