Not even a "Hey thanks, we're working on your approval" or not even a, "We don't like you and don't want your business." Going to Quicken Loans who has my current mortgage and took good care of us. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Called to cancel insurance on May 10th. On May 21st my account was charged. I called May 23rd and was told by Nicole that my account was still active but that they could cancel it and I would be refunded in about a week. I waited patiently for the money to be transferred to my account. When it wasn't there by May 31st I called the office again. I was told that a check was sent to an old address instead of refunding it directly to my account. There was no confirmation of an address when I spoke to Nicole and I wasn't told it would be a check. My account has been through my bank account the entire time I've had it, so I assumed the money would have just been put directly back there. After being told it would take another 7 days to send a new check, I spoke to Brian. After acting like he was doing us a big favor for even refunding theoney that was illegally taken out of my account, he told me there would be a rush put on my check and it would be at the correct address there by June 2nd. It's now June 4th and I still haven't received my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER go through them again.By Alexis Dove, September 19, 2017
